You will stay informed about products, promotions, and marketing initiatives to engage customers and respond to needs. You will also communicate our sustainability initiatives and brand commitments while sharing your passion for the product.

You will support the team, operate as part of a dynamic group, and help achieve business goals through collaborative effort and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Excellent team building skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• As a Sales Lead, you create personalized shopping experiences for customers.
• You greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
• You answer questions and communicate return policy clearly.
• You operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• You maintain stock and merchandise in Visual Merchandising standards.
• You keep back-stock and break areas clean and organized.
• You promote a positive work environment and recognize strong performance.
