Job summary

Deckers Brands’ UGG division seeks a Sales Lead to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our East Rutherford, NJ store. You will stay current on products, promotions and service standards while greeting customers, answering questions and guiding them through returns and checkout.

You’ll coach teammates, maintain merchandising and inventory, and promote our brand image with a positive, professional attitude.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Excellent team building skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences that drive brand loyalty and meet customer needs.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
• Explain return policy and assist with exchanges and refunds.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and merchandised per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized back-stock and break area and promote a positive work environment.
