As a Sales Lead, you’ll greet customers, answer questions, and promote the store’s visual and brand standards, including policies and promotions. This role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and strong communication across the team.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store and provide exceptional service from start to finish.
• Communicate product knowledge, promotions, and return policy to customers.
• Operate the cash register, handle money, manage inventory and stock in accordance with Visual Merchandising standards.
