Job summary

LOFT in Germantown, TN is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and guide a team of associates.

You’ll collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store operations, onboard and develop staff, and uphold LOFT’s standards for service, visuals, and omnichannel shopping.

This role requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays to support store goals and events.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

• Be a representative of the brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and engaged.
• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards with a customer focus.

• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching so each associate can excel with customers.

• Seamlessly step into the role of manager when needed.
