Ideal candidates have retail experience and management exposure, are tech-savvy, and comfortable guiding a team through busy periods. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is valued.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient; able to operate a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guide associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and step in as manager when needed.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to team members; uphold brand standards.
