Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead in the Boston area to support and role model exceptional customer experiences. You will guide associates, collaborate with the Store Manager, and step in as manager when needed while upholding LOFT brand standards.

You’ll influence the customer and associate experience, leverage POS technology, and contribute to a high-energy, inclusive store environment with a focus on teamwork and growth.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient with ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments.

Responsibilities

• Support store leaders onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Model and deliver personalized customer experiences for shoppers.
• Provide guidance and coaching to associates to improve performance.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to step in as manager when needed.
• Uphold brand standards and drive a seamless omnichannel experience.
