KnitWell Group seeks a Sales Lead for the Tulsa location to model excellent customer experiences and guide a team of associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to run store operations, onboard new staff, and ensure the brand standards are met while driving sales and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have retail sales experience, some management exposure, and a knack for coaching and communication. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability—including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and role-model brand behaviors.
• Support onboarding and development of an effective, highly engaged team.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching so associates bring their best to interactions.
• Step into store management duties when needed.
