KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead at Store N2281-Tulsa Premium Outlets- ANN-Jenks, OK 74037. You will be a key team member delivering personalized customer experiences and guiding associates to uphold brand standards.

Collaborate with the Store Manager to step in as manager when needed, coach the team, and maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment with a focus on omnichannel shopping and business profitability. Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient with a POS system.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Organizational skills to delegate and prioritize deadlines.
