KnitWell Group’s Soma store in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Sales Lead to supervise the team, uphold brand standards, and foster a welcoming, customer‑centered environment that goes beyond the transaction. You will set the tone for achieving goals with clear direction and active coaching.

As a role model for the team, you’ll empower staff, drive sales through product knowledge, and help create memorable experiences aligned with our culture of hospitality.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general operations, including opening/closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Support scheduling and associate development when needed.
