KnitWell Group’s Ann Taylor store in Lexington, KY is seeking a Sales Lead to deliver personalized customer experiences and support store leadership. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to master store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Leadership/management experience preferred.
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate and prioritize tasks.
