Job summary

KnitWell Group, owner of Ann Taylor and related brands, seeks a Sales Lead for the Williamsburg, VA store. You will help deliver personalized customer experiences and support and coach associates, with opportunities to step in as manager when needed.

You’ll collaborate with the Store Manager to uphold brand standards, drive omnichannel service, and maintain welcoming, high-performing teams in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.
