Job summary

LOFT at Glen Mills, PA is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and guide associates. You’ll collaborate with the Store Manager to master store operations and be ready to step in as acting manager when needed.

With 6 months of retail sales experience preferred and a focus on coaching, you’ll foster a welcoming, inclusive environment while supporting omnichannel shopping and maintaining LOFT brand standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with operating a POS system.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate and prioritize to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guidance to associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on store operations and team development.
• Step in as acting manager when needed.
• Uphold brand aesthetics and high visual/operational standards.
• Provide feedback and coaching to enhance customer interactions.
• Support omnichannel shopping and use available tools.
