Job summary

LOFT is hiring a Sales Lead at Store 0944-Shoppes @ Brinton Lake in Glen Mills, PA. This role focuses on delivering personalized customer experiences and guiding associates to reflect LOFT’s standards.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager and can step into a managerial role when necessary. The candidate should have at least 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred) and may have management experience.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Represent the LOFT brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Support onboarding and development of a highly engaged team.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and step in as manager when needed.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to associates.
