LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead for Store 1710-Oak Park Mall-ANN-Overland Park, KS to champion personalized customer experiences and guide associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

You'll bring retail sales experience and preferred management background, with strong communication, coaching skills, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6+ months retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching teammates.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Able to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.
