Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 1653-Orchard Park Village Plaza-ANN-Orchard Park, NY. You will model personalized customer experiences and guide associates to deliver exceptional service while collaborating with the Store Manager to run daily store operations.

In this role you’ll coach and develop a highly engaged team, uphold brand standards, and use available tools to drive a customer-focused, omnichannel shopping experience. Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months retail sales experience preferred
• Management experience preferred
• Familiar with POS systems
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Model and deliver personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to staff.
• Use technology to stay informed on priorities and promotions and enable omnichannel shopping.
• Seamlessly step into the role of manager when needed.
