Job summary

QVC Group is seeking a Sales Lead in Roswell, GA to deliver an inspiring shopping experience while leading a service-minded team. You will promote the Ballard Designs brand at every guest encounter and ensure staff adheres to brand values and standards.

The role requires coaching, product knowledge, and collaboration with Visual Merchandising to keep the store visually compelling, along with opening/closing duties and daily banking tasks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the specialty retail industry (not required).
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify the guest experience; passionate about providing exceptional service and leading a team of service-minded associates.

Where You'll Work

• This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Roswell, GA, location daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in the specialty retail industry, but not required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays for floor-set execution.
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, and POS systems.
• Additional physical requirements may be required i.e. climbing ladders.
