Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking an on-site Store Leader in Roswell, GA to drive guest-focused service and sales performance at Ballard Designs. You’ll lead a small team, coach staff, and partner with Visual Merchandising to maintain compelling product displays.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, handling banking tasks, and ensuring brand standards are met while delivering a best-in-class guest experience.

You will report to the Store Leader.

Where You'll Work

This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Roswell, GA, location daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

• Exemplify the guest experience; passionate about providing exceptional service and leading a team of service-minded associates
• Coach team members on product knowledge and empower them with the tools necessary to meet the needs of our guest
• Partner with Sales Lead-Visual Merchandising on product and assortment needs to ensure the store is visually compelling.
• Perform store opening, closing, and banking activities.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in the specialty retail industry, but not required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays for floor-set execution.
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, and POS systems.
• Additional physical requirements may be required i.e. climbing ladders.
