Job summary

Ballard Designs Inc., Tysons Corner, VA, is seeking a Visual Merchandising Lead to elevate guest experience through compelling visual presentation and brand standards.

Your leadership will manage company programs, increase sales and set your store to exceed all expectations.
• You will report to the Store Leader.

Where You'll Work

• This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Tysons Corner, Virginia, location daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

• A clear understanding of company visual merchandising standards and concepts
• Work collaboratively on floor sets, window display planning, and replenishment of inventory to create an extraordinary guest experience
• Be the sales supervisor and oversee daily activities as scheduled by management to ensure floor coverage and goal awareness
• Provide relevant performance feedback to the management team based on observation of the store team

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in the specialty retail industry, but not required
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays for floor-set execution
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, and POS systems.
• Additional physical requirements may be required i.e. climbing ladders.
