The Opportunity, Your Team outlines a Lead Sales Associate role to deliver an inspiring shopping experience and empower a stellar team to exemplify brand values and exceed expectations.

You will report to the General Manager and work onsite from our Dallas, TX location daily. Store hours vary by day as listed in the posting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the specialty retail industry.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays for floor-set execution.
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify the guest experience; passionate about providing exceptional service and leading a team of service-minded associates.
• Coach team members on product knowledge and empower them with the tools necessary to meet the needs of our guests.
• Partner with Sales Lead-Visual Merchandising on product and assortment needs to ensure the store is visually compelling.
• Perform store opening, closing, and banking activities.

The Opportunity, Your Team

Our retail expansion in main markets starts with hiring the best leaders. As a Lead Sales Associate, you will deliver an inspiring shopping experience in which our guests feel inspired and empowered to customize their space. You will promote the Frontgate brand at every guest encounter and ensure your stellar team exemplifies brand values, standards, and experiences. Your leadership will guide company programs, increase sales and set your store to exceed all expectations.

You will report to the General Manager.

Where You’ll Work

This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Dallas, TX, location daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

Store Hours Mon - Thurs: 10am - 6pm | Fri - Sat: 10am - 7pm | Sun: 12pm - 6pm

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, and POS systems.
