QVC Group, Inc. in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Lead Sales Associate for Frontgate to deliver an inspiring shopping experience and lead a service-minded team that embodies our brand values. You will promote Frontgate and ensure the store exceeds expectations by coaching associates on product knowledge and guest service.

You will report to the General Manager, work onsite daily, and support flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to execute floor sets and drive sales.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in specialty retail (leadership preferred).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physically able to lift/move items up to 50lbs.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and POS systems.

As a Lead Sales Associate, you will deliver an inspiring shopping experience in which our guests feel inspired and empowered to customize their space. You will promote the Frontgate brand at every guest encounter and ensure your stellar team exemplifies brand values, standards, and experiences. Your leadership will guide company programs, increase sales and set your store to exceed all expectations.

You will report to the General Manager.

Where You'll Work

This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Dallas, TX, location daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

Store Hours Mon - Thurs: 10am - 6pm | Fri - Sat: 10am - 7pm | Sun: 12pm - 6pm

What You'll Do

• Exemplify the guest experience; passionate about providing exceptional service and leading a team of service-minded associates.
• Coach team members on product knowledge and empower them with the tools necessary to meet the needs of our guests.
• Partner with Sales Lead-Visual Merchandising on product and assortment needs to ensure the store is visually compelling.
• Perform store opening, closing, and banking activities.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in the specialty retail industry, but not required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays for floor-set execution.
• Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, and POS systems.
