Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in furniture.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor and provide floor leadership in the absence of a manager.
• Drive customer experience and guest support, manage inventory and promotions.
• Oversee cash handling, store operations, and KPI reporting.
• Coach and develop associates and support performance management.

Position Summary

The Sales Lead actively sells while providing floor leadership in the absence of a manager. Compensation is driven by individual sales performance, with bonus opportunities tied to coaching effectiveness and associate development.

Required Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, required
• Experience: Retail sales, specifically furniture, preferred

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

• Physical Demands: Standing/walking for extended periods; occasional lifting
• Work Environment: Retail Sales Floor
• Schedule: Weekdays, Weekends, and Holidays, as required
