Job summary

1915 South is seeking a Sales Lead to actively sell and provide floor leadership in the absence of a manager. Compensation is driven by individual sales performance, with bonus opportunities tied to coaching effectiveness and associate development.

This role lives on the sales floor and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service. As part of the southeast retailer, you will manage store operations, training and performance, and KPI reporting while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• Experience: Retail sales, specifically furniture, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales on the floor and step in without a manager.
• Provide customer experience and guest support.
• Manage inventory, promotions, and cash handling.
• Oversee facilities and building standards.
• Foster culture and effective communication (including Huddle leadership).
• Run store operations and uphold standards.
• Train and develop performance of associates.
• Prepare KPI reports and participate in management meetings.
• Support Bedding Finance / Protection Finance activities.
