Job summary

böhme is seeking a Sales Lead to support the Store Manager in delivering top-tier customer service, maintaining merchandise presentation, and leading store operations. The role focuses on opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and loss prevention while driving sales and KPI achievement.

The Sales Lead will supervise and guide the team, manage inventory and price adjustments, and participate in leadership development programs. Weekend availability is required for this part-time role.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• At least one-year supervisory or leadership experience or equivalent education.
• Excellent organization, verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work with POS and store computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for all store opening and closing procedures, including taking cash deposits to the bank.
• Maintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap and all other areas of the store.
• Customer service. Provide Gold Star service to all customers and lead the team in sales.
• Lead the team by achieving sales goals and KPI benchmarks.
• Cash register efficiency. Including cash handling, discounts, exchanges and returns.
• Product receiving, processing, inventory control, and product merchandising.
• Complete price adjustments and markdown processes.
• Uphold loss prevention standards and secure store assets and property of böhme
• Report any customer or employee concerns / incidents to Store Manager
• Participation in leadership development programs, meetings, and completion of training materials
• Performs all other duties as assigned

About the role:
