Job summary

böhme in Missoula, MT is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to partner with the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining visual merchandising, and supervising daily store operations.

You will oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory control, and price adjustments while guiding the sales team to meet KPI targets and uphold loss prevention standards. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent organization, verbal and written skills.
• Ability to operate POS and other store computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead store opening and closing procedures, including cash deposits.
• Maintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap and all other areas of the store.
• Provide Gold Star customer service and lead the team in sales.
• Lead the team by achieving sales goals and KPI benchmarks.
• Cash register efficiency including cash handling, discounts, exchanges and returns.
• Product receiving, processing, inventory control, and product merchandising.
• Complete price adjustments and markdown processes.
• Uphold loss prevention standards and secure store assets and property.
• Report any customer or employee concerns/incidents to Store Manager.
• Participation in leadership development programs, meetings, and training materials.
• Performs all other duties as assigned

About the role:

A Sales Lead is an outgoing member of leadership who works in conjunction with the Store Manager to maintain excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and operation assignments as outlined by the Store Manager and Field Leadership.

Hours: 15-29 (must be willing to work weekends)

What you'll do:

• Responsibility for all store opening and closing procedures, including taking cash deposits to the bank
