Job summary

böhme is seeking a Sales Lead in Utah to partner with the Store Manager to deliver outstanding customer service, maximize sales, and protect store assets. You will guide the sales team, supervise openings and closings, manage cash and inventory, and uphold loss prevention standards in a fast-paced fashion environment.

The role demands strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, experience in supervision, and proficiency with POS and store computer systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience or equivalent education.
• Excellent organization, verbal and written skills.
• Ability to work POS and other store computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and handle deposits.
• Maintain organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap, and other areas.
• Provide Gold Star customer service and lead the team in sales.
• Lead the team to achieve sales goals and KPI benchmarks.
• Manage cash handling, discounts, exchanges and returns.
• Receive products, perform inventory control, and merchandise.
• Complete price adjustments and markdowns.
• Uphold loss prevention standards and protect store assets.
• Report concerns/incidents to Store Manager.
• Participate in leadership development and trainings.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

A Sales Lead is a member of leadership who works in conjunction with the Store Manager to maintain excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and operation assignments as outlined by the Store Manager and Field Leadership.

What you will be doing:

• Responsiblity for all store opening and closing procedures, including taking cash deposits to the bank
• Maintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap and all other areas of the store
• Customer service. Provide Gold Star service to all customers and lead the team in sales
• Lead the team by achieving sales goals and KPI benchmarks
• Cash register efficiency. Including cash handling, discounts, exchanges and returns
• Product receiving, processing, inventory control, and product merchandising
• Complete price adjustments and markdown processes
• Uphold loss prevention standards and secure store assets and property of böhme
• Report any customer or employee concerns / incidents to Store Manager
• Participation in leadership development programs, meetings, and completion of training materials
• Performs all other duties as assigned
