Visionworks in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead to be the face of our brand. You’ll be trained in optics and help patients choose eyewear and vision services.

This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, meeting daily sales goals, and guiding guests through the Visionworks journey with a friendly, knowledgeable approach. In-store training and benefits included.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification.
• Customer or patient service experience preferred, but not necessary.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily sales goals by delivering excellent Customer/Patient Experience.
• Engage with patients to recommend products meeting eye care needs.
• Measure eyewear for customers and keep product/optical knowledge current.
• Handle daily operations: restock, merchandise, and fulfill orders.

$13.70 - 18.47 per hr

The Role:

A Visionworks Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead is the very face of our business and is dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient and customer. This person is trained and knowledgeable about optics, our products/servicesand managed vision care. The person takes the patient/customer through the Visionworks experience ensuring their eyewear needs are met in a simple,humanand bold way.

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintainproduct/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship

Qualifications:

• 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or otherorganization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
