Job summary

Visionworks in Rockwall, TX is seeking a Part-Time Senior Optical Specialist - Lead to be the face of our brand, guiding patients through the Visionworks experience with a friendly, human and bold approach.

You will combine eyewear knowledge with sales skills to meet patient needs, engage with customers, and help restock merchandize while supporting store goals. Great benefits and exclusive employee discounts accompany this role.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience (Visionworks or other) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
• HS diploma or GED or equivalent
• Customer or patient experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship

The Role:

A VisionworksSr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead is the very face of our business and is dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient and customer. This person is trained and knowledgeable about optics, our products/servicesand managed vision care. The person takes the patient/customer through the Visionworks experience ensuring their eyewear needs are met in a simple,humanand bold way.

• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
