Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead in Arizona to be the face of our brand in-store. You will drive the customer journey, guide patients through eyewear choices, and ensure the right fit on the first try. This part-time role rewards you with a strong benefits package and a collaborative team environment.

The position emphasizes optics product knowledge, ongoing training, and delivering exceptional patient experiences while meeting daily sales goals.

Formación

• 12 months optical experience required (Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• Customer or patient service experience is a plus, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the customer/patient experience.
• Engages with patients and recommends products/services that meet eye care needs.
• Measures patients for eyewear and maintains product knowledge through ongoing training.
• Executes day-to-day store operations to support sales and customer experience, including restocking and order fulfillment.

Pay Class: Part Time

Pay Rate: $15.15 - 18.46 per hr

The Role:

A VisionworksSr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Leadis the very face of our business and is dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient and customer. This person is trained and knowledgeable about optics, our products/servicesand managed vision care. The person takes the patient/customer through the Visionworks experience ensuring their eyewear needs are met in a simple,humanand bold way.

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear andmaintainproduct/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship

Qualifications:

• 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or otherorganization) orABO Certification in lieu of experience
• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
