Job summary

Visionworks Sales Lead is the face of our store, dedicated to ensuring the best journey for every patient and customer. This role is trained in optics and vision care, guiding the eyewear experience with a simple, human and bold approach.

You will drive daily sales, engage with customers, recommend products, and measure eyewear fit. You’ll support store operations such as restocking, merchandising and order fulfillment to ship eyewear quickly.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience necessary (Visionworks or other).
• ABO Certification may substitute for experience.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for eyewear and maintain product knowledge through training to ensure fit.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support store goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment.

Pay Class: Full Time

Pay Rate:$11.86 -16.01 per hr

The Role:

A VisionworksSales Lead is the very face of our business and is dedicated to ensuring the best possible journey for every patient and customer. This person is trained and knowledgeable about optics, our products/servicesand managed vision care. The person takes the patient/customer through the Visionworks experience ensuring their eyewear needs are met in a simple,humanand bold way.

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear andmaintainproduct/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear isRight the First Time
• Execute day-to-dayoperational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship

Qualifications:

• 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or otherorganization) orABO Certification in lieu of experience
• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
