Job summary

SGS North America Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee laboratory operations, coordinate testing activities with local labs and global affiliates, and serve as the main point of contact for clients.

The role involves sample preparation, data collection, and supporting ISO 17025 activities, with growth into business development and opportunities to build client relationships. The position is full-time in Wisconsin, compensation up to $21 per hour, with benefits including health,

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant SBU scientific field or equivalent education/experience.
Strong English skills, both written and spoken, and ability to communicate with clients and staff.
Proficient in MS Office; ability to manage data and prepare routine reports.

Responsibilities

Coordinate execution of SGS testing and services with local labs and global affiliates.
Review job tickets and monitor closing/invoicing of jobs folders.
Maintain tracking spreadsheets and email correspondence.
Coordinate projects and perform data collection across labs.
Provide support to department staff and train where appropriate.
Assist Operations with Sales, Technical, and other departments and communicate with clients as needed.
