Unum is seeking rising seniors for a 10-week paid internship designed to give you a real view of a career in sales and client management within a leading employee benefits company. You will work on meaningful projects, guided by mentors, and deliver a capstone presentation to senior leaders.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across prospecting, quoting, enrollment, onboarding, and relationship management while developing professional skills and expanding your network in a structured internship

Qualifications

• Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited college degree program.
• Preference given to rising seniors and first-year graduate students.
• Demonstrates leadership and involvement in extracurricular activities.
• Genuine interest in sales and client management and insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Support the lifecycle of a Unum case through hands-on internship activities.
• Work with mentors and sponsors to guide internship experience and resume prep.
• Attend skill development workshops and information sessions.
• Contribute to projects and present a capstone analysis to leaders.
