You will gain exposure to the full lifecycle of a Unum case, participate in skill development workshops, and have opportunities to earn college credits during the program.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college degree program.
• Rising seniors or first-year graduate students preferred.
• Competitive GPA and involvement in activities show leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Work with a Unum team to learn the full lifecycle of a Unum case.
• Attend weekly information sessions and networking opportunities.
• Participate in focus areas: Prospecting, Quoting, Selling, Enrollment, Onboarding, Relationship Management.
• Capstone Presentation: analyze an assigned business case and present to leaders.
