Daikin offers a Sales Internship designed as a feeder into its Accelerated Management Program (AMP), leading to a leadership role in Outside Sales after graduation. Locations include Houston, Dallas, and several major U.S. cities, with travel for project support.

The program emphasizes leadership exposure, project work, and networking across teams, preparing top performers for a full-time role after the internship completion.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's degree at an accredited four-year college or university.

Responsabilidades

• Work on an individual project with your direct team
• Interact with leadership in the company, including VPs
• Network across functions and teams
• Participate in social and team building activities
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
• Provide report outs to leadership on project milestones and challenges
• Utilize reliable transportation to consistently commute to and from their assigned work location
• Travel for business purposes approximately two weeks to support project and operational objectives
