Daikin Comfort is seeking motivated students in Carrollton, TX to join our Accelerated Management Program (AMP). Over twelve months, you will work hands-on across Branch Operations and Outside Sales, building leadership and business skills in a fast-growing HVAC environment.

You will rotate through counter sales, warehouse operations, and showroom sales while learning pricing, inventory management, and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Interest in Operations with leadership potential.
• Willingness to relocate and regional flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Participate in two-track AMP focusing on Branch Operations and Outside Sales.
• Gaining hands-on experience in counter sales, warehouse, and showroom sales.
• Develop leadership skills and manage pricing and inventory information.
• Relocate as needed and work across regions.
