• 2–5 years of sales support, analytics, or related experience.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI a plus.
• Experience with reporting software and syndicated data tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel 5–15% annually.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and report sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, forecasts, and presentations.
• Support account planning and growth initiatives through data-driven insights.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, contracts, and customer submissions with accuracy.
• Track quotes, renewals, and other sales documentation for timely follow-up.
• Maintain customer data and account records in designated systems.
• Analyze promotional performance and recommend optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
• Conduct post-event analysis of sales performance and launches.
• Participate in budgeting and new product launches as needed.
• Provide administrative support to Leadership, including scheduling and communications.
• Build knowledge of industry trends, products, and customers to support relationships.
