United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a customer-obsessed sales professional to guide small business owners through onboarding and first payroll. You’ll handle high-volume conversations, diagnose setup issues, and expand revenue through upsells in Health Insurance and 401(k) offerings while learning payroll and tax compliance across states.

The role blends sales with technical problem-solving and offers a hybrid work model with opportunities to grow into Implementations and Solutions

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume sales or customer service role with cross-selling or quota attainment.
• Ability to translate product knowledge into customer value and close opportunities.
• Comfort with learning brand new industry concepts like tax compliance and payroll.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer conversations across phone and email guiding onboarding to first payroll.
• Own your ticket queue and manage your sales pipeline.
• Proactively position plan upgrades and surface cross-sell opportunities for benefits offerings.
• Diagnose tax discrepancies live and navigate state portals to ensure compliance.
• Configure policies to keep client employers compliant from day one.
• Collaborate across teams and with Risk for information gathering when needed.
• Leverage AI-powered workflows to identify inefficiencies and improve processes.
