Job summary

Hyphen Solutions seeks a Consultant to support HomeFront Sales implementations, from kickoff through go-live, including client training and post-implementation support.

The role requires strong customer-facing communication, ability to facilitate meetings, and travel to client sites up to 25%. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred with experience in residential homebuilding or construction software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years direct residential homebuilding experience in Sales, Purchasing, Estimating, Construction Operations, Accounting, or related areas.
• Or 3+ years as a system administrator or power user of residential construction software.

Responsibilities

• Lead HomeFront Sales implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Provide on-site and remote client training and ongoing support.
• Coordinate project milestones and delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Document decisions and progress; escalate risks and issues as needed.
• Travel up to 25% to client sites and support transitions to support teams.
