Qualifications

• 3+ years direct residential homebuilding experience in Sales, Purchasing, Estimating, Construction Operations, Accounting, Design Center Operations, or Sales Operations.
• Strong customer-facing communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team or individually to design configurations and deploy HomeFront Sales.
• Lead HomeFront Sales implementations from kickoff through go-live.
• Coordinate project milestones and deliverables with clients and internal teams.
• Deliver on-site and virtual client training.
• Document decisions and progress, escalate risks as needed.
