Job summary

Hyphen Solutions consultants provide a variety of consulting and training services to new and existing Hyphen Solution clients to ensure client satisfaction and the successful implementation of Hyphen Solutions’ software applications.

Consultants work at customer sites, perform system design and configuration, deployment validation, and user training, with responsibilities including planning, reviewing technology, configuring applications, and maintaining client relationships throughout the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to learn activities necessary to implement enterprise level applications (ERP, CRM, or SCM).
• Ability to utilize a process and change management driven implementation methodology.
• Ability to contribute to development and implementation of new business processes and roles.
• Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong organizational/time management skills with the ability to develop Project Management skills.
• Ability to travel extensively, up to 100%.
• Excellent decision-making and issue resolution skills.
• Ability to acquire industry knowledge quickly.

Responsibilities

• Review existing technology, systems, infrastructure, and data integrity; ensure readiness for deployment.
• Set up and configure Hyphen Solutions’ applications to meet client business needs.
• Conduct Conference Room Pilots to verify new business processes and integration.
• Train client personnel including management and field users.
• Provide ongoing training and application support for users.
• Identify, track, and resolve issues during the implementation process.
• Develop and maintain quality relationships and communication with project team members.
• Adhere to Hyphen Solutions’ policies and implementation methodology.

General Description

Consultants provide a variety of consulting and training services to new and existing Hyphen Solution clients to ensure client satisfaction and the successful implementation of Hyphen Solutions’ software applications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Consultants work as members of a team or as an individual, providing critical process review, system design and configuration, infrastructure validation, system deployment, and user training as well as product knowledge expertise. The responsibilities of a Consultant are usually performed at a customer site, under close supervision on clearly defined assignments.

Specific Duties And Responsibilities Include

• Assist with planning the implementation and developing the implementation project plan to meet client expectations, timeframes, and budget.
• Review existing technology, systems, infrastructure, and data integrity. Work with client personnel to ensure these areas are ready to support deployment of Hyphen Solutions’ applications and help to resolve any issues that arise in these areas.
• Set up and configure Hyphen Solutions’ applications to meet the business needs of the client.
• Conduct Conference Room Pilots to verify new business processes, system configuration, and integration.
• Train client personnel, including management and field users.
• Provide on-going training and application support for application users.
• Assist with identifying, tracking, and resolving issues that arise during the implementation process.
• Develop and maintain quality relationships and communication with project team members through the implementation process.
• Adhere to all Hyphen Solutions’ policies and procedures as well as implementation methodology and policies.

Supervisory Responsibilities
