This is a full commission job focused on residential and light commercial air conditioning and heating sales.

Summary

This position will be responsible for exceeding revenue goals while providing World Class Service to customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Sales & Follow-up:
• Conduct two to three calls per day, five to six days a week, depending on workload.
• Some evenings and weekends required based on customer availability.
• Learn and implement the 10-step HCD Sales Process and follow the system.
• Report sales KPIs daily.
• Complete all necessary sales paperwork.
• Follow-up with open leads daily.
• Perform post-install customer satisfaction calls.
• Engage in lead generation activities like referrals, database calls, and follow-ups.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions.
• Participate in lead generation events such as home shows or community events.
• Perform heat gain/loss evaluations on each call.

This is not a technical role; skills will be taught.
