Job summary

House Doctors of Northern Colorado is seeking a confident, driven Sales Estimator who enjoys owning the process, moving quickly, solving problems, and winning business in the field.

This role is not a desk job: you will meet homeowners on site, evaluate projects, build solutions, present pricing, and close work, while managing your day and directly impacting company growth.

Qualifications

• Construction, handyman, remodeling, or home improvement experience is beneficial.
• Sales or estimating experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of residential repairs and project scopes.
• Ability to estimate labor and materials.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using estimating software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers and provide on-site estimates.
• Identify needs and recommend the right solution.
• Present pricing and confidently ask for the sale.
• Always ask, “What else can we help with?”

We’re looking for a confident, driven Sales Estimator who likes to take ownership, move fast, solve problems, and win business.

This is not a desk estimating role. You’ll be in the field meeting homeowners, evaluating projects, building solutions, presenting pricing, and closing work.

You’ll have the freedom to manage your day, make decisions, build relationships, and directly impact company growth.

What You’ll Do

• Meet customers and provide on-site estimates
• Identify needs and recommend the right solution
• Present pricing and confidently ask for the sale
• Always ask, “What else can we help with?”
• Identify additional project opportunities
