Job summary

House Doctors of Northern Colorado is seeking a confident, driven Sales Estimator who will meet homeowners in the field, evaluate projects, build solutions, present pricing, and close work. You’ll have the freedom to manage your day, make decisions, build relationships, and directly impact company growth.

In this role you will meet customers on-site, estimate labor and materials, and hand projects off to operations. Success is measured by sales booked, close rate, and average job size.

Qualifications

• Construction, handyman, remodeling, or home improvement experience
• Sales or estimating experience preferred
• Strong understanding of residential repairs and project scopes
• Ability to estimate labor and materials
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using estimating software and CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Meet customers and provide on-site estimates
• Identify needs and recommend the right solution
• Present pricing and confidently ask for the sale
• Always ask, "What else can we help with?"
• Identify additional project opportunities
• Build accurate scopes, labor estimates, and material lists
• Follow up and drive open estimates to a decision
• Clearly hand sold projects off to operations
