Job summary

House Doctors of Northern Colorado is seeking a confident, driven Sales Estimator who will meet homeowners in the field, evaluate projects, build solutions, present pricing, and close work. You’ll have the freedom to manage your day, make decisions, and directly influence company growth by delivering accurate scopes, labor estimates, and compelling proposals to win business.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, handyman, remodeling, or home improvement.
• Sales or estimating experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of residential repairs and project scopes.
• Ability to estimate labor and materials.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using estimating software and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers on-site to provide estimates.
• Identify needs and propose the right solution.
• Present pricing and ask for the sale.

We’re looking for a confident, driven Sales Estimator who likes to take ownership, move fast, solve problems, and win business.

This is not a desk estimating role. You’ll be in the field meeting homeowners, evaluating projects, building solutions, presenting pricing, and closing work.

You’ll have the freedom to manage your day, make decisions, build relationships, and directly impact company growth.

What You’ll Do

• Meet customers and provide on-site estimates


• Identify needs and recommend the right solution


• Present pricing and confidently ask for the sale


• Always ask, “What else can we help with?”


• Identify additional project opportunities


• Build accurate scopes, labor estimates, and material lists


• Follow up and drive open estimates to a decision


• Clearly hand sold projects off to operations
