Hyatt Vacation Club Northstar Lodge is seeking a Guest Services/ Sales Support role to welcome guests and facilitate the sales process at the Northstar Lodge gallery. You will coordinate tours, assign guests to Sales Executives, and help maintain a smooth guest flow from arrival to presentation.

The position emphasizes hospitality, excellent communication, and precise record-keeping for tours, leads, and premiums, with a strong guest-first approach within a luxury resort setting.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests as they arrive for scheduled sales presentations or visit the sales gallery for information.
• Ensure guests are comfortable and offer refreshments while they wait for presentations.
• Assign guests to the proper Sales Executive and track and update reports regarding line rotation.
• Award premiums (gifts) to guests after presentations and track delivery in the computer system.
• Keep gallery common areas neat, clean and stocked with hospitality items.
• Input and manage all direct tours and sales wave availability, including new bookings, reschedules and cancellations.
• Reconcile direct tour leads and package information in the computer system.
• Communicate updated tour availability to Sales Front Desk and Marketing Executives and/or Tour Brokers.
