Hilton Grand Vacations in Las Vegas is seeking a Lead Sales Gallery Coordinator to drive guest experiences and support Sales Executives. You will manage tour logistics, guest information, and maintain gallery presentation.

The role requires strong customer service, English proficiency, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You will lead a small team and help ensure smooth operation of the Sales Gallery.

Qualifications

1+ years of admin/clerical duties in an office setting.
1+ years of guest or customer service experience.
Ability to provide feedback to internal and external customers.
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Exhibit friendly demeanor with guests, management and staff to set a positive environment for Sales Executives.
Provide leadership across teams within Support Services to encourage cross-team interaction and coverage.
Verify accuracy of guest invitations and attendance for scheduled tours before contacting Sales Executives and Manager.
Provide Sales Executives with tour guest information and assign appropriate sales presenters.
Maintain tour rules and rotation, and report exceptions accurately and timely.
