Job summary

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a Sales Gallery Coordinator in the United States, NY region, to greet guests and support the Sales team. You will update the Chorus system with tour information, assign guests to Sales Executives according to the rotation, answer calls, and maintain galleries.

The role includes inventory management, handling reimbursements, and coordinating with transport to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in customer service.
• High School/GED.
• Capacity to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Intermediate digital literacy: Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: Associate's degree or College Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by providing a warm welcome and ensuring guest happiness.
• Identify and assign guests to Sales Executives and Leaders using a rotation system.
• Serve as primary point of contact, handling incoming calls and inquiries.
• Log tour assignments in the system and produce detailed reports.
• Maintain tour rules and update rotations to ensure process integrity.
• Conduct inventory management for café and refreshment areas.
• Supervise financial transactions and reimbursements with accuracy.
• Coordinate with transportation to arrange guest pick-up/drop-off.
