Job summary

Lowe's Home Centers, LLC is seeking a Sales Floor Department Supervisor to lead a team of associates while delivering exceptional customer service on the store floor. You will coach staff, manage daily tasks and performance, assist with merchandising decisions, and ensure safety and readiness of the sales area, with occasional MOD duties and travel to neighboring stores as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 3 years retail experience OR 5 years retail experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year supporting Pro customers (for Pro Department Supervisor).
• Experience directing or supervising teams (with or without direct report responsibility).
• Experience supporting or participating in training, mentoring and developing associates.
• Experience working cross-functionally.
• Experience Using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.
