Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Louisiana seeks a Sales Floor Lead to help manage daily store operations and drive sales while upholding company standards. You will act as a supervisor when the Store Manager or Sales Floor Manager is away, guiding staff and ensuring a welcoming, organized shopping environment.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, stocking and rotating merchandise, maintaining safety and cleanliness, training new hires, and supporting payroll records and reporting.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED and 6 months supervisory experience.
• Must read, write and communicate clearly in English.
• Prior service industry experience preferred.
• Must successfully complete Retail training.

Mansioni

• Assist day-to-day store operations and sales performance to meet or exceed budget.
• Perform duties of supervisor when assigned by Store Manager or Sales Floor Manager.
• Stock the sales floor, rotate merchandise, and maintain store image.
• Record and balance cash register receipts, make deposits, and record transactions.
• Assist in training and mentoring Sales Floor Associates and volunteers.
• Attend regularly scheduled shifts and ensure daily floor checks and safety inspections.
