Job summary

Living Spaces Furniture is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a store team in achieving revenue targets through guest engagement and proficient staff development. The role focuses on staffing, scheduling, and applying our sales model to daily interactions to drive results.

The position requires several years in retail with supervisory experience, strong PC skills including Microsoft Office, and familiarity with data-driven decision making to optimize performance. Benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment required.
• Three years of supervisory experience required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Tableau experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain focus on supporting and developing each team member through our sales proficiency process.
• Ensure retail store team is accurately staffed.
• Assist with developing schedules that match team member skills to guest demand.
• Model the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Sales Model during engagements.
• Execute Sales Floor Leadership and Guest Engagement Leadership when assigned.
• Ensure ongoing development training for the team.
• Address escalated guest situations and resolution when needed.
• Partner with Retail Sales Managers to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Cultivate a positive store culture with servant leadership.
