Living Spaces Furniture is seeking a Sales Supervisor in Los Angeles to develop the sales team through guest engagement and a data-driven approach to meet revenue targets.

You will lead staffing, scheduling, and training while modeling the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Sales Model. The role emphasizes coaching, performance feedback, and building a strong, customer-focused store culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment.
• Three years of supervisory experience required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop the team for success through the sales proficiency process.
• Ensure staffing levels and schedule development match demand.
• Model the Living Spaces Guest Engagement Sales Model during engagements.
• Lead sales floor and guest engagement leadership when assigned.
• Ensure ongoing development training for the team.
• Address escalated guest situations and resolve issues.
• Interpret data to assess departmental focus and performance.
• Partner with Retail Sales Managers to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Foster a positive store culture via servant leadership and morale initiatives.
